Providence, R.I.—Rhode Island College sophomore second baseman Parker Camelo (Bristol, R.I.) was to the Region 2 All-Defensive Team by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings for his performance during the 2025 baseball season.
 
Camelo was previously named Third Team All-Region by ABCA/Rawlings and D3baseball.com and Second Team All-Little East. He played in 40 games, starting all of them. Camelo batted .327 (55-for-168) with 38 runs scored, 55 hits, 10 doubles, four home runs, 24 RBI and eight stolen bases. He owned a .458 slugging percentage, a .402 on-base percentage and a .970 fielding percentage.
 
Head Coach Cody Kauffman's team finished the season with a 17-23 overall record and an 8-8 (fifth place) mark in the Little East. The Anchormen went 2-2 at the 2025 Little East Championship and was one of the final three teams remaining in the six-team field.
