Sophia Crudale (Cranston, R.I.) singled to center field in the bottom of the first to RIC its first and only lead of the day.

• The Warriors tallied three in the third inning to take the lead, which they would not relinquish.

Sarah Mickelson (New Milford, Conn.) gave the Anchorwomen a run in the fourth, but it was met with five more from the visitors in the fifth and seventh frames.
