HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Anchormen swept the doubles matches as Gouin and freshman
Ethan Clegg (Chepachet, R.I.) won at No. 2 doubles, 8-1, to help the hosts secure the doubles point heading into singles action.
• Clegg also played his role at No. 3 singles, as he swept both sets (6-3, 6-0) to notch his second straight match with a straight set victory.
• Gouin clinched the win in his singles match.
