• The Anchormen picked up where they left in game one and plated four runs in the top of the first. Sophomore left fielder
Melanie Earley (Lumberton, N.J.) and classmate designated player
Sydney Duclos (North Providence, R.I.) knocked in runs with an RBI single and double, respectively, in the frame.
• Sweeney smacked her first career homer with a three-run shot in the fourth.

Sophia Crudale (Cranston, R.I.) went 3-for-3 with two runs scored, a triple and an RBI, while von der Linden won her third game (3-1), allowing one run on three hits in four innings of work.

Victoria Young (Sterling, Conn.) went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and a double.
