Shalyn Smith (Middletown, Conn.) each recorded career-highs with 32 and 29 points, respectively, as a depleted Rhode Island College team posted a season-high 86 points in an 86-70 win at Coast Guard to close out the fall semester on Saturday afternoon.

• RIC relied on just six players en route to its fourth straight win.
• Schuermann posted 32 points and eight rebounds and knocked down 4-of-7 from three-point range.
• Smith was also efficient, shooting 11-for-18 from the field, to rack up 29 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals.

Nichole Ljuljic (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) pitched in with a career-high 13 points.
