Providence, R.I.—Rhode Island College senior back Karen Johnson-Hoffman (Groton, Conn.), sophomore goalkeeper Oceanna Orlandi (East Greenwich, R.I.), junior forward Amber Almeida (Sturbridge, Mass.) and junior midfielder Karol Matamoros (Cranston, R.I.) earned All-Little East honors for their respective performances in women's soccer during the 2025 season.
Johnson-Hoffman was named the Little East Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Little East. Johnson-Hoffman was a First Team All-Little East honoree as a junior and a Second Team All-LEC selection as a sophomore. She played in 17 games, starting all of them. Johnson-Hoffman had two goals for four points. She scored both goals in a 4-0 win at Curry on Sept. 10.
Orlandi was named Second Team All-Little East. She played in 15 games, starting all of them. Orlandi was 7-7-1 with five shutouts, a 1.29 goals-against average, 79 saves and a .814 save percentage. She had seven saves in a 2-0 shutout win vs. Salve Regina on Sept. 3. Orlandi stopped eight in a 1-0 shutout win vs. UMass Dartmouth on Oct. 22.

Almeida was named Third Team All-Little East. She played in 15 games, starting all of them. Almeida had six goals and six assists for 18 points. She had two goals and two assists in a 5-1 win at Plymouth State on Sept. 13. Almeida registered a goal and one assist in a 2-1 win at Southern Maine on Sept. 27.

Matamoros was named Third Team All-Little East. She played in 14 games, starting all of them. Matamoros played the full 90 minutes in nine of the 14 contests she saw action in.

Head Coach Phil Pincince's team finished the 2025 season with a 9-7-1 overall record and a 4-3-1 (fourth place tie) in the Little East.
The No. 5-seeded Anchorwomen lost, 4-1, at No. 4-seeded Western Connecticut in the first round of the 2025 Little East Championship on Nov. 1.
