• The Anchorwomen scored all five of their runs in the second inning.
• Earley tripled with the bases loaded to open the scoring. Sophomore second baseman
Noelle Simmons (Goffstown, N.H.) singled in Earley and later scored on junior shortstop
Amanda Conti's (Lincoln, R.I.) RBI walk with the bases full.
• Kid did the rest, allowing just two hits and punching out 15 Corsairs to secure the win (18-5) and keep the Anchorwomen alive in the tourney.
