Timothy Rudd's team finished the season with one student-athlete qualifying for the NCAA Div. III Men's Indoor Track and Field Championship, held in Winston-Salem, N.C. on March 11.
RIC finished 18

The Anchormen finished fifth (eight teams) with a score of 46.0 at the Little East Championship, hosted by Southern Maine on Feb 19.

Jake Cardello (Cranston, R.I.) placed 15
th in the 4x800m (8:47.73) at the N.E. Championship on Feb. 26. He placed third in the 4x800m relay (8:29.22), fifth in the 4x200m relay (1:38.95) and eighth in the 1,000m (2:47.30) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 19. Cardello placed 206
th in the 800m (2:04.68) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 12. He finished first in the 4x400m relay (3:42.58), 12
th in the 800m (2:11.00) and 14
th in the mile (4:57.73) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 5. He finished fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:43.14) and ninth in the 1,000m (2:50.22) at the Massasoit Classic on Jan. 22. He finished sixth in the mile (4:45.52) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 4. Cardello was named to Little East Relay Team of the Week once this season.
Cardello is an accounting major, a 2016 graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School and a transfer from the University of Rhode Island.

Matthew Russom (Port Kent, N.Y.) finished 15

As a sophomore in 2019-20, Russom finished 10
th in the 5,000m (17:52.41) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 22. He finished fifth in the 3,000m (10:26.89) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 7. Russom placed sixth in the 5,000m (18:26.26) at the Smith College Mary Grinaker Invitational on Jan. 18. Russom placed fifth in the 3,000m (10:30.69) at the Bowdoin Invitational on Jan. 11.
As a freshman in 2018-19, Russom placed 11
th as part of the 4x800m relay (9:19.48) at the Alliance Championship on Feb. 16. Russom placed 12

He finished fifth in the weight throw (11.98m) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 5. McCarthy finished ninth in the weight throw (11.23m) at the Massasoit Classic on Jan. 22. He finished seventh in the weight throw (10.46m) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 4.

Michelson Salomon (Providence, R.I.) was named to the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region Team in the weight throw. He finished second in the weight throw (16.49m) at the Tufts National Qualifier on March 5. He earned All-New England honors with a third place finish in the weight throw (16.59m) at the N.E. Championship on Feb. 26. Salomon earned Second Team All-Little East honors with a second place finish in the weight throw (16.54m) and also placed 13

He finished fifth in the long jump (6.14m) and seventh in the 1,000m (3:01.16) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 4. Dorsey was named to Little East Relay Team of the Week once this season.

Mahari Nayte (Providence, R.I.) was named to the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region Team in both the 400m and 800m and was the team's MVP. Nayte finished 17
th in the preliminaries of the 800m (2:00.21) at the NCAA Championship on March 11. He finished 12
th in the 800m (2:06.81) at the Tufts National Qualifying meet on March 5. Nayte earned All-New England honor in the 800m with a third place finish (1:54.29) at the N.E. Championship on Feb. 26. He earned First Team All-Little East honors with a first place finish in the 400m (50.82) and Second Team All-Little East honors with a second place finish in the 800m (2:01.95) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 19. Nayte also placed third in the 4x800m relay (8:29.22), fourth in the 200m (23.35), fifth in the 4x200m relay (1:38.95) and seventh in the high jump (1.75m).

Nayte finished first in both the 400m (54.16) and the 4x400m relay (3:42.58), second in the 200m (23.67) and fourth in the high jump (1.81m) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 5. He placed second in the 800m (1:55.14), fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:43.14) and ninth in the high jump (1.70m) at the Massasoit Classic Jan. 22. Nayte finished second in the 600m (1:25.71) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 4. He was named the Little East Men's Track Athlete of the Week once, the Rookie of the Week three times and to the Relay Team of the Week once on the season.

Aidan Viveiros (Warwick, R.I.) placed fourth in the weight throw (13.15) and sixth in the shot (11.75m) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 19. Viveiros finished 27
th in the shot (11.73m) at the David Hemery Valentine on Feb. 12. He placed fifth in both the shot (11.93m) and the weight throw (12.11m) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 4.
