Springfield, Mass.--Junior Anna Vygoder (Lincoln, R.I.) took home two first place finishes as the Rhode Island College women's swimming team faced Gordon and Western New England in a double-dual hosted by the Golden Bears on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Vygoder finished first in both the 50-yard breaststroke (34.21) and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:15.10) and third in both the 200-yard medley relay (2:11.92) and the 200-yard IM (2:34.38).
 
• Junior Olivia DeLuca (Providence, R.I.) placed second in both the 100-yard freestyle (1:00.96) and the 200-yard freestyle (2:15.43) and third in both the 200-yard medley relay (2:11.92) and the 500-yard freestyle (6:19.67).
 
• Junior Rebecca Fyrer (Cranston, R.I.) finished second in the 50-yard backstroke (35.55), third in the 200-yard medley relay (2:11.92), fourth in the 200-yard freestyle relay (2:19.91) and fifth in the 50-yard freestyle (31.05).
 
• Junior Marta Matzko (Rumford, R.I.) finished third in the 200-yard medley relay (2:11.92), fourth in the 200-yard freestyle relay (2:19.91), fifth in the 50-yard backstroke (40.06) and sixth in the 50-yard freestyle (31.09).
 
• Freshman Juliana Cronin-Forman (North Kingstown, R.I.) placed fourth in both the 100-yard butterfly (1:36.93) and the 200-yard freestyle relay (2:19.91), fifth in the 50-yard butterfly (39.46) and sixth in the 1,000-yard freestyle (16:19.82).
 
• Freshman Olivia Landry (Lincoln, R.I.) placed fourth in the 200-yard freestyle relay (2:19.91), fifth in the 100-yard butterfly (1:53.34), sixth in the 50-yard butterfly (49.40) and eighth in the 100-yard freestyle (1:34.37).
