Plymouth, N.H.--Junior Amiah Sommer (Cumberland, R.I.) played near perfect on the day as the Rhode Island College women's tennis team defeated Little East foe Plymouth State, 9-0, on Tuesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Sommer and sophomore Amara Devine (Greenville, R.I.) notched an 8-0 victory at No. 2 doubles. Sommer then played nearly flawlessly for a win in No. 4 singles (6-0, 6-1).
 
• Senior Jenna Lisi (Cranston, R.I.) played well fresh off of her second LEC Player of the Week selection of the year, pairing with junior Lauren Macera (Cranston, R.I.) for an 8-3 win in No. 1 doubles before earning her seventh win of the season at No. 1 singles (6-0, 6-3).
