Providence, R.I.--Senior Grace Davis (Royersford, PA) led the Anchorwomen with a 9.600 on floor as the Rhode Island College women's gymnastics team finished third (three teams) at a tri-meet hosted by Brown on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Anchorwomen posted a team score of 180.000. Div. I Bowling Green (193.900) and Brown (193.500) finished first and second, respectively.

• Davis placed 12^th on floor (9.600) and 14^th on beam (8.525).

• Freshman Kelsey Gates (Orangeville, PA) finished 14^th on vault (9.325), 15^th on bars (8.650), ninth on beam (9.250), 18^th on floor (8.550) and third in the all-around (35.775).

• Senior Kyndel Yett (Carrollton, GA) finished 12^th on vault (9.475), 16^th on bars (8.475) and 14^th on floor (9.425).

• Junior Kaela Skerl (Albuquerque, NM) finished 13^th on bars (8.950) and 16^th on floor (9.275).

• Junior Christa Vaccaro (Winthrop, MA) finished 14^th on bards (8.775).

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) East Regional Championship, hosted by Springfield on Sunday, March 15.
